“En principio me dijeron que se quedaban con el 30% y ahora que el 50% .al final fueron solo 200€ y Rynair me ofrecía directamente 260€ con lo cual salí perdiendo con ustedes .”

Estimada Christine Morel Gómez: Gracias por sus comentarios. Entendemos su preocupación respecto a la diferencia entre la comisión inicial del 30 % y la deducción final del 50 %. Tenga en cuenta que la comisión estándar del 30 % se aplica únicamente en la fase previa al juicio. En su caso, la aerolínea no resolvió el asunto de forma voluntaria y la reclamación requirió un escalamiento legal y la intervención de los tribunales. Debido a ello, se hicieron necesarios trabajos legales adicionales, trámites administrativos y gastos judiciales. Como resultado del proceso legal, recuperamos con éxito 400 EUR de la aerolínea en su nombre a través de un procedimiento judicial. De acuerdo con nuestros Términos y condiciones y nuestra Lista de precios, los casos que requieren escalamiento legal están sujetos a una comisión de éxito del 50 % debido a los costes adicionales asociados con la tramitación judicial y la representación legal. Entendemos que la aerolínea pudo haberle ofrecido previamente una cantidad directa. Sin embargo, las aerolíneas a veces se ponen en contacto directamente con los pasajeros durante o después de la intervención de terceros para evitar más costes legales y honorarios de representación externa. Al mismo tiempo, su caso ya había sido tramitado activamente y escalado por nuestro equipo legal. Agradecemos sus comentarios y entendemos que quizá esperaba un resultado diferente. “I was not sure if this was a trusted site. After having viewed others responses , i decided to try it out. When a response was received with a reward amount, i was still skeptical since a bank account was required, but once it was provided, i received the money into my account. So i am very happy that i decided to go forward with the claim.”
