“It was a bit difficult. The site wants you to upload boarding passes, etc. You site would not accept the format. It took me a long time to get it in a format that was acceptable.”

“Asking for receipts for dinner and lunch- paid by cash, no receipt. They gave me none . But still an expense. Over tired as we did not sleep much trying to figure out to get back at a decent time at our age. Turned out to be hell. In last year this happened 2x with AC flight. Not impressed. I always fly AC as they suppose to be the best…”

“Todo o processo demorou mais de um ano… Air Advisor conseguiu resolver a minha indeminizacao, mas cobrou metade dela. Durante este ano, questionava na minha area de cliente sobre o estado dos 2 processos que tinha e o help desk era demorado ou nulo. Pensei que ja nem ia receber nada e de repente recebo o email a notificar que iria receber metade.”

“Hi, I did get reimbursed but only after a lot of following up. I didn't really know where the delay was, I just got informed that my request was under process and they were waiting for the airline to reply, whenever I asked for information. It would have been nice to have a bit more detail.”

“I waited a very long time for compensation and in the end I will receive only half. Initially, the contract was about 30 percent, but as it turned out, this was not true. I do not recommend dealing with this application”

“Very delayed response time, did not get the sum they said they would all I got was the standard 250€ everyone gets…I would have got anyway from Ryanair but I got the privilege of waiting over a year and paying 30% I should have taken the 250€ I was offered a year ago so I got 175 after air advisor said 390”
