“Initially told my case was closed and you could not claim compensation for me. When I contacted Ryanair directly and they agreed to pay compensation, suprise suprise you re opened the case again and took your cut!!! Not sure how you can close a case, then open it again!!!! Surely you should have told Ryanair that you were no longer acting for us?????”
