“Really disappointed with the compansation i got paid towards my cancelled flight and all the inconvenience caused by Air line Vueling. My 3 other friends apply directly via vueling web site they gpt paid very swiftly within 2 weeks plus they got paid €215 and comparison to them Air Advisor took awful long time plus they pay me £145 dafinatley i am really disappointed with them is day light robbery just to fill one simple form they took £75 from my compensation which is un acceptable and awful. I will dafintaley advise to everyone not to use Air Advisor at all because they literally steal your money from your compensation. Amir S Muhammad (Oxford)”

“Доброго времени суток! Служба поддержки - большие молоды, очень вежливо и сразу в этот же или на следующий день отвечали на вопросы, отправленные им в чате. Сам процесс ооооочень долгий, у нас он занял ровно год. В работу взяли нашу заявку не с разу. По какой-то нелепой и неизвестной мне причине запрос на коменсацию за билет ребенка рассматривался отдельно и с огромными задержками. 01.03 я получила коменсацию за свой билет, а за билет ребенка 17.08, т.е 5 месяцев спустя. По несколько раз надо было высылать свидельство о рождение ребенка. И в конце, что бы получить перевод денег на свой счет за своего НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНЕГО ребенка, билеты которому покупала я, и этому были тоже предоставлены все чек и т.д, надо было еще раз прислать свидетельсто о рождение, хотя оно уже было в базе документов. Впервые у меня такой опыт с задержкой рейса. Авиакампания пыталась втюхать в течение 2х месяцев бонус-пункты. Благодаря вам, я получила денежную коменсацию, за что вам очень благодарна. С работой вы справились, но это было очень долго, понимаю, что здесь была задержка и со стороны авикампании, но очень хотелось бы что бы в дальнешем процесс был легче и быстрее. Благодарю за вашу работу!”

“It was a bit difficult. The site wants you to upload boarding passes, etc. You site would not accept the format. It took me a long time to get it in a format that was acceptable.”
