“Unser Fall ist etwas kompliziert. Es sind 3 Fluglinien, 3 Personen involviert und ein Flug wurde 2x gestrichen und dann von unserer Seite abgebrochen. Ich habe die Angaben per Handy eingegeben. Die Seire ansich ist sehr gut, aber so viel Informationen per Handy einzugeben ist total anstrengend.”
