“My initial claim prepared by AirAdvisor was 1,550EUR, and eventually I was told the airline (i.e. KLM) had agreed to pay. So, I knew I was going to be paid 1,550EUR (-30%) as was prepared and posted by AirAdvisor. However, I was again informed that the airline paid only 600 EUR as compensation for flight cancellation. AirAdvisor was then asking me again for receipts (after more than one month) to follow up with KLM for additional payments. But that was too late for me to get the receipts. If AirAdvisor had asked for the receipts much earlier, I would have taken them and sent for refund. Even though I never understood why it was no longer 1550 EUR, I am happy that part of my complaint was attended to.”

“I claim Volotea flights for strike and informing me just a few hours before departure. I suppose to get more that 200€ in expences but AirAdvisor got only 90€ minus comision 60€. I dont see it very fair, but what to do! My advice its to do it yourself when you have delay flights.”

“Well, I have been told compensation has been paid and I should receive it within 3 business days. If and when it arrives I will update this review, but until then all I can say is that it has taken a very, very, long time to get this far. Just been advised by Wise that money has been transferred to my account and should be in tomorrow. We shall see. Wonders will never cease - it is in my bank!!!”

“Hard going initially with supporting docs and unnecessary query, then closed claim but eventually did pursue it after further explanation from me. Successful which is very pleasing. 50% fee less so. It is highly probable all claims will go to law and result in max 50% fee as airlines most unlikely to respond in a short time period. So the quoted low initial fee in practice never happens? A profitable business you have there no doubt. Good luck to you for that 😊”
