“Apreciez rezultatul dar a fost dupa 2 ani si cateva luni. Cand altcineva, cu alta companie a obtinut compensatia in 2 luni, pentru acelasi zbor. Si acum un an cand am contactat customer service ul, persoana aceea nu a fost deloc profesionista. Dar, intr un final, va multumesc.”

“D'après le droit du transport, j'ai droit à 600€ d'indemnisation pour le retard de mon vol. Air Advisor n'a réussi qu'à obtenir 300€ de la compagnie et prend 50% de cette somme pour ses frais. Il m'est donc annoncé un paiement de 150€ (soit 4 fois moins que la somme à laquelle j'ai droit). Paiement que j'ai bien reçu. Voilà pourquoi trois étoiles seulement.”
