“Well, I have been told compensation has been paid and I should receive it within 3 business days. If and when it arrives I will update this review, but until then all I can say is that it has taken a very, very, long time to get this far. Just been advised by Wise that money has been transferred to my account and should be in tomorrow. We shall see. Wonders will never cease - it is in my bank!!!”

“Hard going initially with supporting docs and unnecessary query, then closed claim but eventually did pursue it after further explanation from me. Successful which is very pleasing. 50% fee less so. It is highly probable all claims will go to law and result in max 50% fee as airlines most unlikely to respond in a short time period. So the quoted low initial fee in practice never happens? A profitable business you have there no doubt. Good luck to you for that 😊”

“He tenido una buena experiencia, he aportado todos los documentos necesarios de mi vuelo cancelado que tuve con wizz air, Air advisor hizo todo para poder obtener una compensación, pero no fueron 600€ si no que reclamaron solo por 400 y a mi me ingresaron 277 porque la otra parte se la queda air advisor, pienso que es demasiada comisión y eso puedo decir que fue lo que no me gustó, pero si gestionaron mi caso y si se obtuvo un resultado aunque no fuera la cantidad esperada.”
