“It was pretty fast and without any bumps. 4 weeks after the claim was submitted through AirAdvisor the airline agreed to pay the compensation. 2 days later AirAdvisor had collected the money from the airline. 2 more days after, I got confirmation from AirAdvisor they had my bank details. 11 days later I got the money. The only thing that could be better is if the payment would be made faster once thy collected the money from the airline. Why wait 11 days for the transfer? All in all, I am pleased with the result and would consider using their services again.”
