“Didn't get the amount they said ( they said 250 euros and finally we get 200euro minus 30% fee Airadvisor it was 160 euros.) I think would be better to apply directly to airline. Also not all my travel friends get the amount. Airadvisor keep telling them to provide a response from airline which they didn't have.”

“Non pensavamo fosse possibile e invece con pochi passaggi abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso parziale del costo totale dei biglietti causa ritardo di 3 ore che ci ha fatto perdere la coincidenza per la destinazione prefissata. Servizio efficiente”

“Tried another company and they with held close to 50% of my award. AirAdvisor only kept 25%. They were fast (less than 3 weeks from submissions to money in my bank). They also were more clear in the info they required from me, and they responded quickly to my questions through chat. Will recommend without hesitation. Thanks!”

“De momento es la única empresa que se ha ofrecido a darnos información sobre nuestros derechos. Agradezco toda ayuda que nos pueda brindar. Mi vuelo de Manchester a Alicante estaba retrasado 3 horas y en ningún momento la compañia nos explicaba nada. Nos tuvieron esperando sin información durante esas 3 horas. Sin preocuparse de si los pasajeros estaban hidratados, o si necesitaban algo de comer, o como se encontraban. Además al ser domingo, eso supuso que al día siguiente había que madrugar para ir a trabajar. La compañia no tuvo la deferencia de dar explicaciones a todos los pasajeros que nos encontrábamos en la misma situación.”
