“Le formulaire de réclamation est très complet et bien fait. La procédure est rapide et dans notre cas le remboursement a été effectué très rapidement (environ 1 mois). Seul bémol mais de taille, Air Advisor ne communique sur la marge importante qu’ils prélèvent (30%) qu’une fois la réclamation enregistrée et les conditions générales de vente acceptées qui stipulent que vous vous engagez à ne pas traiter en direct avec la compagnie aérienne. Résultat, quand vous prenez connaissance du montant net qu’Air Advisor vous remboursera, il est trop tard pour faire marche arrière et Air Advisor refuse d’appliquer le droit de rétractation pourtant légal en France. Nous avons donc continué la démarche avec Air Advisor mais touché 280€ d’indemnités sur un montant de 400€ annoncé au départ.”
