We do not represent ourselves as the airline, nor do we claim to be the airline's official claims department. Based on your request, a claim was created through our service. However, as requested, the claim has since been closed and no further action is being taken on your behalf. We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding our role. Gentile Giuseppe Fricano, La ringraziamo per il Suo feedback. Comprendiamo la Sua preoccupazione riguardo all’importo ricevuto e desideriamo fornirLe un chiarimento dettagliato. La preghiamo di notare che, nel Suo caso, il risarcimento è stato calcolato in base alle normative vigenti ed è stato versato il 17.06.2026. L’importo che ha ricevuto riflette l’esito della valutazione del Suo caso specifico e le norme applicate in base ai dettagli relativi al disservizio del volo. Vorremmo inoltre precisare che il tempo necessario affinché i fondi appaiano sul Suo conto corrente può variare a seconda del Suo istituto bancario. Sebbene il bonifico venga avviato da parte nostra tempestivamente dopo l’emissione del pagamento, i tempi di elaborazione da parte della banca possono variare. Nella maggior parte dei casi, i fondi vengono accreditati entro pochi giorni; tuttavia, Le chiediamo gentilmente di attendere fino a 10 giorni affinché il pagamento appaia sul Suo conto. Se l’importo non dovesse essere ricevuto entro tale periodo, le consigliamo di contattare direttamente la sua banca per ulteriori accertamenti. Inoltre, per quanto riguarda il calcolo del risarcimento, la informiamo che nel suo caso il livello di risarcimento applicabile era del 50%, poiché il ritardo del volo era inferiore a 4 ore. Ciò è in linea con le norme di risarcimento applicabili alla sua richiesta. Comprendiamo che ricevere un importo inferiore a quanto inizialmente previsto possa essere deludente. Tuttavia, gli importi del risarcimento sono determinati rigorosamente in base a criteri normativi e non possono essere modificati al di fuori di tali regole. “AirAdvisor provided excelent service with a very quick resolution. The airline denied the claim, hovewer AirAdvisor settled my claim very quickly. It was less than a month from the time i have submitted the claim to the time i received payment. I was born and raised in Ukraine and greatly appreciate the fact that AirAdvisor are helping a good cause, and part of AirAdvisor profits goes to support humanitarian aid to help Ukrainian people who suffered from the Russian War against Ukraine in 2022. Great job!!!!”
