“A Bit complicated for us elderly users”

“I do understand you that you dealt with our case which was horrible with new born baby with us, but to cut half even our compensation is not fair. BA should be ashamed of themselves to treat us that way. It the dad mom and four kids. We filled for all four, but got one person payment...and that cut in half!!!!”

Generally, the average claim proceeding term for our services ranges from 3 to 5 months. However, in your specific case, your claim was only sent to the airline on 21.06.2024. “I just now completed the claim application. And I';m told the process may take 3 months, so I have no opinion about the total process yet. But the form I had to fill out FOR the claim was a little confusing, and did not provide space for a full explanation of just what happened in my case. After I submitted the form, a sent a separate explanation which I hope will clarify.”

“Si j'étais passée directement par la compagnie j'aurais été indemnisée à taux plein. Air Advisor a pris plus de 40% de l'indemnisation.. Ça peut peut-être être intéressant de passer par Air Advisor si la compagnie fait des difficultés pour payer les indemnités. Essayez d'abord de passer par la compagnie aérienne d'abord.”
