“It was easy to submit the claim, and communication was okay, but not particularly happy about them deciding to increase their commission from the agreed 30% to 50%. That’s wild.”

“Od momentu zgłoszenia jest wszystko ok ,na wszystkie pytania jest szybka odpowiedz .Jeszcze nie dostałem odszkodowania , dlatego nie mogę więcej napisać .Napisze j jak będzie już zakończone ,bo jeszcze czekam na odszkodowanie .”

“I do understand you that you dealt with our case which was horrible with new born baby with us, but to cut half even our compensation is not fair. BA should be ashamed of themselves to treat us that way. It the dad mom and four kids. We filled for all four, but got one person payment...and that cut in half!!!!”
