I tried time and time again to send them all the documents they asked for . I got different people so I was sending documents more than once . Once I was finally getting somewhere on line they asked if I had travel insurance and if I wanted them to send them the claim . This is really the airlines fault but I had asked travel insurance and they were indicating it was the airlines responsibility . I went round and round and never did get it taken care of . My luggage was left at Atlanta and it took me two days to receive it in Cologne , Germany .

Estimado Alejandro Rodríguez: Lamentamos que te sientas así y comprendemos lo frustrante que puede resultar la espera. Tu reclamación ya se ha enviado a la aerolínea y, en estos momentos, estamos a la espera de su respuesta oficial. Lamentablemente, el tiempo de respuesta depende de la aerolínea y no podemos acelerar su tramitación interna. Su reclamación se envió a la aerolínea el 13 de marzo de 2026. Contamos con un procedimiento establecido para reclamar indemnizaciones, según el cual trabajamos. El proceso de reclamación de la indemnización dura entre 3 y 6 meses si la aerolínea acepta pagar la indemnización sin alegar fuerza mayor. Seguimos supervisando el caso y realizando el seguimiento con la aerolínea según el procedimiento requerido. Siempre puede consultar el estado actual de su reclamación y cualquier comentario de su gestor de casos en su cuenta personal en nuestra página web.
