“Proces en communicatie heel goed. Consequentie van de uiteindelijke verlaging (teruggave) na verloop van de tijd dat het duurt is wat onduidelijk wat mij betreft. Staat er wel, maar ervaar ik als "de kleine lettertjes".”

“han conseguido la indemnización pero la comisión cobrada no es la que decían, ha pasado de un 30% a un 50% por gastos judiciales adicionales y de eso no hay ningún tipo de información al principio”
