“Risarcimento ricevuto correttamente, commissioni a parte. Ho avuto solo problemi ad inserire i documenti, dopo che ogni volta li inserivo correttamente, mi veniva richiesto di reinserirli di nuovo, il che credo mi abbia fatto perdere del tempo per essere risarcito pienamente dalla compagnia e poi da air advisor, quindi si sono aggiunte altre commissioni, per il resto tutto ok e sopratutto molto disponibili.”

“Je ne évidemment pas encore juger de l'efficacité d'Air Advisor. La collecte de documents est sans doute compréhensible mais longue et fastidieuse. J'espère que cela servira à quelque chose. Je ne vois cependant pas comment rajouter une série de documents comprenant les frais dus à la prolongation forcée de notre séjour sur place. Au moment où cela m'a été proposé, tout n'était pas prêt ou sous la bonne forme, puis plus moyen de les rajouter. En attendant d'y voir plus clair, je mettrai une cote moyenne. Vous n'aurez qu'à me reposer la question plus tard.”

“Make sure to know once you start to fill in the online form, even if you don’t complete it all and submit it (for any reason) they will take your complain to the airline and keep sending you emails requesting missing documents and won’t leave you. The service itself it’s quick, but make sure to know from the moment you start to put your data, that’s it.”
