“Nie do końca jestem zadowolony, gdyż moja żona pomimo złożenia wszystkich wymaganych danych i numeru konta do chwili obecnej nie otrzymała odszkodowania. Szkoda. Dlatego tylko trzy gwiazdki. Pozdrawiam.”

“Form easy enough to complete, however there was 5 travellers and it wouldn’t let us complete the 1 form for all travellers. So we all completed a form which seemed silly as the option was there!”

“Envio de muita comunicação contraditória. Pediram documentos que já tinham, inseri pediram mais documentos mas 1 segundo depois recebi um email com informação que o processo estava completo. Não é muito userfriendly”

“nie jestem mocno zadowolona ponieważ prowizja za usługę jest wysoka . Żałuje że sama nie złożyłam wniosku o odszkodowanie bo to się należało każdemu. Rozumiem jeśli Wasza firma by pomagała w uzyskaniu odszkodowania które jest trudne do zdobycia. Wtedy taka prowizja jest zrozumiała ale nie musieliście mocno się wysilić tylko przesłać gotowy wniosek. Nie polecam nikomu jeśli zwrot za lot jest oczywisty ponieważ prowizja jest dużo za duża.”
