“Had an unfortunate experience with an airline that typically tends to disappoint its customers. I couldn’t board a flight after it got delayed and had to purchase a last second ticket way home with a different airline. Although I was kinda to blame as well for some misunderstanding over the delay, Air Advisor did a solid job giving me a refund for the initial flight ticket AND and the actual flight I ended up taking back home. Honestly you’re heroes. Thank you for what you do.”
