I was filling a claim via phone and maybe that was the problem. The page asked me several times to upload the receipts, so I did over and over again, but I lost the track now if everything I intended are uploaded or not. Somehow the claim filling process via phone is not smooth and straightforward. Hopefully it will work and I will be contacted in case something is missing. Thanks for your support.
