“Le 26/01/2026 j’ai deposé une demande d’assistance d’AirAdviser pour la perte de ma valise du vol Istambull SAW vers Roissy CDG (le fait c’est produit le 03/01/2026 ) le vol c’est passé maix certains entre nous les passager plud de bagages. Réclamation à l’aeroprt CDG ...aparts quelques mails "debil" de la part d’agence de voyage aucunn contact serieux. Bréf y a pas eu de solution pour mon bagage mais il faut que je dis la vérité la reponse d’AirAdviser était trés rapid même qu’elle eatit negative... le landemain. Alor la conclusion est Air Adviser était trés correcte et proffessionel.”

“i spent hours while i was in prague making a claim uploading all docs and emailing its been almost a month now i get an email wanting me to send the same docs again for the second time . For the amount of money they take out of your compensation its not worth it . File a claim yourself with the airline directly.”

To clarify, we received your full claim on 04.01.2026, and it was officially sent to the airline on 06.01.2026. At this stage, we are waiting for the airline’s response, and no further action is required from your side.
