Stimate Lisacovschi Gratian Lisacovschi Gratian, Îți mulțumesc pentru feedback și înțeleg perfect de ce suma plătită a creat o oarecare confuzie. Aș dori să clarific situația mai în detaliu. Această cerere a fost depusă în 2020, iar la acel moment se aplica o structură de prețuri diferită. Comisionul pentru cazurile din acea perioadă era de 35%, iar în plus se deduca și TVA-ul. După aceste deduceri obligatorii, suma finală de plată era de 136 €. Acesta este motivul pentru care plata diferă de standardul de 50% la care v-ați fi așteptat pe baza termenilor noștri actuali. Dacă aveți întrebări suplimentare sau doriți o defalcare detaliată a calculului, nu ezitați să ne contactați. Suntem întotdeauna aici pentru a vă ajuta și a asigura transparența deplină. “Ryanair es un receptáculo de estafadores. El estado no debería permitir la presencia de operadores tan dañinos para sus clientes. De hecho, con la última experiencia infernal, he cerrado sin excepción con esa mániga de miserables. Los trámites para reclamar están repletos de obstáculos para que el pasajero desista. Afortunadamente encontré Air Advisor y logré recuperar al menos el gasto del vuelo. Air Advisor estuvo en contacto poniéndome al día de todo el proceso. No imagino el infierno adicional a todos los agresivos que hubiera tenido que pasar sin la intervención de Air Advisor. Muchas gracias”
