The service is very useful .. but I keep flagging the same issue: buses are often late (mine was 20 minutes late, which on a 40 minute journey is honestly a bit much) and on top of that you have to throw yourself in front of the bus because it won’t even slow down approaching a stop. I appreciate that the drivers only call at a stop if someone is flagging them down, but maybe the customer would be more visible if they slowed down just a bit.

I travelled from Derry to Dublin airport. There was no wifi the whole journey. We had to change buses in Belfast in the middle of a downpour and out in the street, not even in the bus depot, get our luggage and move it to the new bus. Very disappointing that no one helped with the luggage and that there was no wifi available the entire journey.

The price is reasonable but the 702 bus running every 2 hours is not convenient for travellers being picked up and dropped off on that route. The bus drivers are polite and helpful. The seats on the bus are not always comfortable. This time I had to clean my seat off dorito crumbs before sitting down.

Coach runs every two hours which is far from ideal.

It’s crazy that you can’t reserve a seat when you buy your ticket at Dublin Airport ticket desk - ( which can be done online)

the bus journey itself was okay, but i'm 18 and have a child leap card. I had to pay the whole adult fare. My friends who are 19/20 and have student leap cards get the young adult discount

Getting coach back from Dublin airport on monday very confusing. It was different zone as what appeared on system and there appeared to be confusion between the driver and dublin staff . A bit like organised chaos.

Bus was on time which was great. Driver was not very friendly, he gave no assistance with luggage. I couldn’t climb into the storage area under the bus to retrieve my suitcase due to a back injury and had to get another passenger to help me. Bus was stuffy as the air conditioning was only on for some of the trip.

My only one complaint would be no help with suitcase onto the coach

Journey between Dublin and Belfast was 2hours 20 minutes and I booked the air coach as website said that there was a toilet on every coach, this was not the case and the journey was stressful because of this. There was a toilet present on the return bus but it wasn't in use (advised by driver that they don't use it for this journey) I don't understand this as it is over 2 hours you wouldn't be without a toilet on a plane or train. Wouldn't use your service again due to this. Disappointed

The trip from Greystones is really long, takes a long time now: the coach is looking a bit tired as well.

We found other coaches with cheaper price and better services.. really do not understand why everyone outside Ireland says to take the Aircoach one you arrive in Ireland.

Very efficient service with friendly staff ! The only downside to my experience was that the bus was very dirty and definitely needed a clean. All good apart from that

We arrived far ahead of our departure time at the coach terminal. Due to a lack of clear indication, we missed our coach from Belfast to Dublin airport. So we had to pay an extra 40 pounds to get on another coach!
