“Very efficient service with friendly staff ! The only downside to my experience was that the bus was very dirty and definitely needed a clean. All good apart from that”

“We arrived far ahead of our departure time at the coach terminal. Due to a lack of clear indication, we missed our coach from Belfast to Dublin airport. So we had to pay an extra 40 pounds to get on another coach!”

“It was my first time in Dublin, and when I wanted to go for an aircouch, I asked a driver of if his bus is going to cork? In a rude way he said to me "don't you see what's written there " and he was very mad because of a simple question. He was an old man and the bus he's driving is a bus going to the Republic of Ireland. He wasn't nice at all and he treated us very bad.”

“journey was good but there is limited signage or direction at the airport terminal and it is a diaster waiting amongst a lot of passengers. Bus was also late.”

“Great service from airport to Dublin, nice driver and right on time. The return journey was not so smooth. We waited 50 minutes for our coach back to the airport and others also catching it were then running quite fine to their flight times. Driver back also rude. It’s a cheap service and overall good but allow lots of extra time!”

“It started well at Belfast airport. My 8 year old grandson and I put our cases in the hold and settled ourselves for the long bus ride to Dublin. However we then went into Belfast and there we were told to move to the bus parked behind us. That was unsettling and stressful. We had to deal with the cases again and find a seat again. Otherwise it was fine.”

“It was great once we got on our bus and our driver was very nice. The other driver who stopped for another route was rude and unfriendly. The bus was over half hour late. I see they were hiring so I am going to chalk that up as a shortage of drivers. I was just happy to make it on time. The bus was clean and the price was reasonable.”

“we travelled from Belfast Int. Airport to Dublin Int. airport. The trip itself was ok, but finding the bus stop at Belfast Int. airport was not so easy. Or maybe it was the wrong information we were given by a bus driver.. Maybe we overlooked signs? Or there were no signs?”

“The bus was great. However I’m giving only 3 stars because when I arrived in Dublin, there was a ridiculous wait for a bus. It was 10pm, the airport was busy and there were a lot of people looking for transport to the city. It’s shocking that a so-called capital city has such an infrequent service from the airport”
