The instruction to where take the bus was very not clear

It was great once we got on our bus and our driver was very nice. The other driver who stopped for another route was rude and unfriendly. The bus was over half hour late. I see they were hiring so I am going to chalk that up as a shortage of drivers. I was just happy to make it on time. The bus was clean and the price was reasonable.

we travelled from Belfast Int. Airport to Dublin Int. airport. The trip itself was ok, but finding the bus stop at Belfast Int. airport was not so easy. Or maybe it was the wrong information we were given by a bus driver.. Maybe we overlooked signs? Or there were no signs?

Very disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi available as I needed to work during the journey. The service is advertised as having Wi-Fi

The bus was great. However I’m giving only 3 stars because when I arrived in Dublin, there was a ridiculous wait for a bus. It was 10pm, the airport was busy and there were a lot of people looking for transport to the city. It’s shocking that a so-called capital city has such an infrequent service from the airport

Driver was very pleasant and the journey was quick and comfortable. The bus itself wasn’t great, with very dirty chairs and cracked upholstery, and the lack of seating or sheltered area outside Belfast airport was poor

Coach was good. No air conditioning on our coach and driver didn’t seem to care.

Wish the buses catered better for flight times

Comfortable bus. Would prefer if it didn't have to go through Dublin City centre. Very long journey from Cork to Dublin Airport

The good thing was Aircouch brought me on the scheduled time to the airport. But for a three-hour trip the seats are narrow and not very comfortable and no usb connection.

The bus from Dublin to Galway on Sunday passing through Athlone at 18:05 is always late!

Bus departed on time and arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Only criticism was the coaches were advertised as having air conditioning, charging points and free wi-fi. 1. Either there was no air-conditioning on board, it wasn't switched on or it was broken. The overhead air vent nozzles didn't work. 2. There were no usb charging points on the coach. 3. Either the wi-fi wasn't working or there was none.

I did not book my ticket online prior to using, but thought that it was not necessary to do so. The location of the bus stop at Dublin airport was right off Terminal 1 and easy to find; purchasing a ticket and getting a bus was another, unfortunately. There was a long queue for boarding the 700 bus going into Dublin City centre, and I was told that until the current waiting passengers were put on an arriving bus, I could not purchase my ticket. But my main complaint is that the bus does not arrive every 15 minutes as advertised. This was both for my trip from and to Dublin airport; I waited close to an hour for both trips. I was fortunate to have allotted a lot of time to get to the airport, otherwise I would have taken the other buses or taxi that kept passing me by. The trips however were smooth and easy, and the bus operators were professional and friendly.

Coach from derry to Dublin airport fantastic. Wonderful friendly driver. Complete opposite on return. Driver opened door and sat on his phone, not acknowledging me and my 72 year old mother. I asked him do we wait for him to come out and he said no get on. I then asked him to open then boot as we had large cases to which he replied, "Press the red button". So we had to open the boot and put the bags on ourselves. He never left his seat. Totally not the customer service I would expect from this company. Airporter didn't treat passengers this way. He then refused to let me bring my coffee on board and told another girl not to drink her water. How can you expect people to sit on a bus for 4.5 hours and not have water? That's a basic human need. We had travelled 28 hours from Australia and just wanted this last leg over and to get home and we were so tired, this experience with this driver would be embarrassing if it was a tourists first experience of irish customer service.

Service used to stop in Dungiven, however, this is not the case anymore. Had to get collected in Drumahoe. Need to create a new stop for customers needing to vacate near Dungiven and Maghera. Will be using other services from now on.

Great coach but pity it has been reduced to every 2hrs. Had to get the competition to the city centre on my return journey also more expensive. Bring back the hourly route schedule

The service is acceptable, but when will you add the extra buses as pre Covid, as a weekly users it is just about workable, but certainly not a per your contract with the DAA. It falls far short of a regular service and during peak times, you must have a booking
