“Seats in bus Cork to Dublin very narrow. Lucky no one was beside me!! different bus on way back to cork and had plenty leg room”

“Comfortable bus, friendly driver. Lack of drop pick up/drop off at Dungiven will prevent me using this service again. Bus arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled so I was left in Drumahoe alone at 3.40am waiting for my lift, not good!”

“Almost missed the bus as the map for pickup location at Belfast International shows wrong area. Had to run like crazy with suitcases to the correct location, with only seconds to spare. WiFi on board didn't work and the bus tracker system said there was no bus even though the bus was just 5 mins away from approaching the airport. Bus was comfortable and punctual. Bus schedule for Belfast to Derry was good”

“The airport bus came around 30 mins late than the scheduled time. Though there was a notification - it only came just a few mins before the scheduled time. It will be convenient if such delay notifications are communicated as early as possible. Other than that overall experience was very smooth.”

“Flight delayed, asked about transferring tickets. Told no. Asked driver next day he scanned tickets, said ok. Bus then broke down ,hour delay for our connection in Cork.”

“Myself and my wife took the Aircoach on Sat, 24th June from Greystones start of route to the airport. Why does the starting point not be set back to where it used to be originally I.e. on the explanade at the side of the road where people can just hop in and wait till departure time instead of using the stop on the main road and be rushed to move in? The buses are getting old as well btw. Trip as such was fine. Left on time and arrived on time to the airport”

“Coach clean, arrived in time and depot staff at airport are very friendly, only fault is the reduced route to and from greystones, makes getting home from airport a nightmare at times”

“Our coach, scheduled to leave Killiney at 10:55 on July 10, left a few minutes early and left booked passengers behind. That is so stressful for this passengers. I hope the driver is told not to do that again”

“Coach was delayed by 15mins but there was no update on new expected arrival time. Myself & other passengers were left wondering if the coach had been cancelled, had broken down or if it was still in its way. It was a very frustrating and worrying time, wondering if we needed to find alternative transport. Aircoach needs to find a way to get passengers uptodate with current arrival time, it is not good enough to simply publish the expected arrival time of a coach.”

“The driver was lovely and the journey was quick with no issues but it was a horrific time due to the heat on the bus with no air con or even open windows. My little girl was soaked (her head and back) from sweating.”

“unfortunately there was a strong smell coming from the toilet at the back of the bus - is a toilet really necessary for such a short journey?”

“Although the times leaving Derry are great, I didn’t like that we stopped twice and had to wait 20-30 mins each time coming and going to Dublin!”

“Onboard WiFi wasn’t working QR codes should work on any bus if I decide to change my mind of which bus to get AND they shouldn’t be timetable restricted”
