Cordiali saluti

I love this service, but when the coach actually picks up passengers. It’s happened 2-3 times where I purchased an online ticket for a coach and then it drove by with a sign saying coach full prebook tickets only, even though I had purchased a ticket. It’s just really unprofessional to oversell a bus when you know customers at later stops have purchased tickets. When it actually works and picks up customers that paid for tickets it’s a great service, but I’m hesitant to recommend it because it’s so inconsistent.

When I received the confirmation it said the driver would take the bags into the bus. I was travelling with four bags and did it myself. I would recommend just adding a note that the driver does not assist with any bags. Thank you.

Journey to Dublin was ok, the bus was nearly full so my partner and myself had to sit apart, no big deal but if we could’ve booked seats together we would’ve. The journey back to Cork…. Well, the driver seemed to be more eager to get to Cork than any of the passengers ( although we very nearly missed the turn off M7 for M8, so just avoided reroute to Limerick) We raced from Dublin airport to city centre travelling at speeds well above the limit overtaking and undertaking traffic including taxis, who as we know don’t be crawling. We arrived at city centre got all passengers onboard and then had to wait 7 minutes before departing as we were too early for the stop. On the motorway I noticed the bus was restricted to 100 so no speeding but lots of drifting into outer lane then over correcting into hard shoulder and vice versa. Approaching toll plazas at excessive speed as well as Dunkettle interchange, and arriving 15 minutes early. We would have much preferred to have had a comfortable journey where we didn’t feel in danger and arrive on time.

Was told by Grand Canal Hotel to stand Across the Street from the Aircoach sign at the Old Schoolhouse Hotel. Turns out the stop is about 40 yards from there--I Raced to the coach when it stopped but the driver looked very annoyed that I was not in place immediately. In no way did I cause the coach to be behind schedule. Suggest the driver lend a little grace to an out of town visitor.

Aircoach is conveniently located close to my house, hence why I use the service frequently. On the plus side is the 24-hour service, online booking and real-time information about the services. On some occasions, the buses were not properly clean, and on some occasions, the drivers were not polite to passengers, especially tourists that are struggling to find their way or lack good English.

Hi Lucille thanks for the positive feedback and also for taking the time to provide a review. If the air conditioning is off, you can certainly ask the driver to switch it on. We try to keep the coaches at a comfortable temperature, but with temperatures slowly rising, the air conditioning should be switched on. Aircoach Team.

This was a 4 1/2 hour ride from Derry to Dublin Airport. There was 2 bus stops in Belfast to pick up others. There were no bathroom breaks and the toilet on the bus was not useable. People like me with weak bladders can not hold it that long. I was in a ton of pain and eventually ended up sitting on my coat and relieved myself in my pants. Worse experience ever. However we made it safely with no issues, so driver was fine.

Hi Dawn, sincerest apologies for your recent experience. Unfortunately our services do not have a toilet on board, however we have a short comfort stop in Belfast - Glengall Street and passengers may use the bus stations facilities. Upon arrival on Glengall Street, our drivers make an announcement to inform passengers. Again, sincerest apologies for your experience. Aircoach Team.

This is a reliable service to and from Dublin airport especially for those who do not/do not want to drive. Therefore this is regrettable that some services are infrequent and run only once in two hours.

Busses from Greystones should not go through Dublin city centre. It took two hours. I had to leave at 10 to be early enough for my flight.

As always, the charging sockets didn't work and the bus driver was blasting the radio on full volume although it didn't even have a channel half of the time.

Recently traveled from Derry to Dublin. Apart from a 20 minute wait at Belfast International Airport and then 10 minutes in Belfast city centre the journey was fine. On the return journey our flight arrived earlier than expected and we were able to get an earlier coach at Terminal 2 for which I am very grateful. However we had to change coaches at terminal 1 and again in Belfast city centre. I am 70 years of age and had to load and unload my cases by myself. There was no help. I have another return journey booked to Dublin airport but after that I don’t think I’ll use aircoach again for this particular trip. I’ll probably use regular bus service. At least there is a comfort stop provided

It was decent overall. The service I booked for was over 20 minutes late, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, it was comfortable and got me to Belfast pretty quickly.
