Excellent service from Greystones but frequency of service is poor and last one from the airport to Greystones doesn’t meet any flights arriving after 19:30 so we can never use Aircoach to get home. It’s a great service to have and I hope they will operate later services from the airport soon. Anytime we are able to use it everything runs smoothly. A relaxing way to get to the airport. Well done.

Not on time and waited for nearly an hour

The buses are packed to the brim. They could do with more than one service especially for Dublin Airport.

Frequency is not good enough, especially with the car park issues at Dublin Airport

Please get your Aircoach app back up & running. Stick to your schedule. I booked a 3.30pm slot yesterday which didn’t arrive so had to take 3.45pm… driver hadn’t a clue why the schedule was not running to schedule.

Good value for money. Left and arrived on time. Coach on outward journey in poor condition coach on return journey was better. Air conditioning was on full blast making the coach very cold. No toilet facilities on coach. No help from driver to load or unload luggage.

Since when do you not go up to the top of Charlesland in Greystones, and why not? Seems ridiculous, logistically for anyone who's not going there and needs to connect further - there are areas beyond Charlesland in Greystones

The bus and the ride were fine. As we approached the bus with luggage in tow, the driver met us and grabbed our luggage, telling me we were late and seemed put out by our arrival. the email confirmation I received indicated 9:37 and when my wife and I boarded the bus, the clock on the bus indicated 9:33 so I don't understand his attitude....other than that it was ok

WiFi and plug adapter did not work on bus from Belfast International Airport to Derry. Also quite uncomfortable bus

The journey was very comfortable and smooth. My only criticism is, due to the extremely hot summer and leather seats in the bus there was a strong body odour of the seats. Nothing a quick wipe with a soapy cloth couldn't fix - please do it.

Although the coaches are in good conditions, and the trip is usually smooth, the Aircoach stop at the Airport is messy. The staff seems to improve their roles in selling tickets, organising coaches, and providing orientation to customers. I asked two members of the staff and one driver about where the bus to Belfast would park, and the three of them gave me different answers. People whose mother language is not English have even more difficulties here. Also, it seems as if they can’t come to terms with their own online buying system, as they always get confused with who bought their tickets online and who bought them in person. Finally, the sign posting is null: no indication of bays for each bus, neither arrival or departure times as in many other streets in Dublin. This has been ongoing for years and there is no indication that it’s going to change soon.

Journey and punctuality good but state of the seats unacceptable. Ripped.

Took bus from Belfast international, but almost missed it as the map on website shows wrong pick up point. Had to run like crazy to get it. Signage and maps need sorted urgently for visitors from other shores. We weren't able to track out bus before hand either, as advertised. Just kept saying no bus even, 10 mins before arrival. Once onboard wifi wasn't accessible. It just said page was not available at sign in. Apart from the above, ticket booking was straight forward, bus driver pleasant, journey comfortable and timetable good.
