Problems with the change of trip

WiFi and plug adapter did not work on bus from Belfast International Airport to Derry. Also quite uncomfortable bus

The journey was very comfortable and smooth. My only criticism is, due to the extremely hot summer and leather seats in the bus there was a strong body odour of the seats. Nothing a quick wipe with a soapy cloth couldn't fix - please do it.

Although the coaches are in good conditions, and the trip is usually smooth, the Aircoach stop at the Airport is messy. The staff seems to improve their roles in selling tickets, organising coaches, and providing orientation to customers. I asked two members of the staff and one driver about where the bus to Belfast would park, and the three of them gave me different answers. People whose mother language is not English have even more difficulties here. Also, it seems as if they can’t come to terms with their own online buying system, as they always get confused with who bought their tickets online and who bought them in person. Finally, the sign posting is null: no indication of bays for each bus, neither arrival or departure times as in many other streets in Dublin. This has been ongoing for years and there is no indication that it’s going to change soon.

Took bus from Belfast international, but almost missed it as the map on website shows wrong pick up point. Had to run like crazy to get it. Signage and maps need sorted urgently for visitors from other shores. We weren't able to track out bus before hand either, as advertised. Just kept saying no bus even, 10 mins before arrival. Once onboard wifi wasn't accessible. It just said page was not available at sign in. Apart from the above, ticket booking was straight forward, bus driver pleasant, journey comfortable and timetable good.

Service itself was fine, departed and arrived in time, driver very courteous and helpful. However I can't remember at this stage the last time I had working wifi and a working socket on one of these coaches, definitely not on either let of this return trip. It's a small thing, but I was counting on it to be able to get some work done on the trips, but couldn't.

Fine service, 702s should be more frequent, especially earlier in the morning

Nice .but the air conditioning is always too cold on Galway to Dublin route. I have mentioned this before a lot of people are complaining about this. I travel a lot but am thinking of taking train again.

Killiney route advertised at 1 hr to airport Time was actually 1.5 hours In peak months an hourly departure 8am - 8pm would be great The old route via strand road was fantastic

Driver very pleasant and helpful. Coach didn’t arrive on time at destination but traffic was heavier than expected. Seats are too close together.

My wife and I had made a booking from Leopardstown to Dublin Airport for 13.00 on Thursday 11 May 2023. No coach arrived for that time or the 13.15 time. We eventually caught a coach at 13.30. We always head to the airport as early as possible - so the delay did not affect us unduly. However, other customers booking for that coach may not have been so fortunate.

It was fast and got us to the airport in good time. We joined at Samuel Beckett bridge as it was near our hotel. The confirmation email provided a link to where the bus stop was but in fact there was a row of different Bus stops there and none specifically for Aircoach, so we, and some other passengers, were not sure we were at the right stop till the bus showed up. We had carry on airport bags. The driver didn’t offer to put them in the hold (I saw there was loads of space there when he opened it on arrival) and they proved too big to fit in the overhead racks so we had to have them squeezed on our laps for the fortunately short journey.

The telephone helpdesk staff were brilliant. The journey from the airport wasn't so great as the driver didn't say when a stop was nearing. if you're new to Dublin (any city in fact), you generally don't know where you're stop is to get off. We went right past our stop and then had a half an hour's walk to get back to where we should have been dropped. An electronic sign inside the bus might help with this. Return journey was fine.

Late arrivals in the bus stop

The ride was fine but I bought a second seat because I thought there was no way I'd make my original bus due to my late plane (I made it by 20 seconds). I bought flexipass but I think it's unfair that I couldn't use the 2nd fare for a return ticket on the same route. All the seats were selling out so the flexipass is basically useless.
