“Um. The WiFi wasn't good on the aircoach and I remember when I took the bus to the airport, the bus was dirty with rubbish on the ground, I had to find a free seat on the bus as not one person offered me the seat next to them. But overall it's a good service. Came on time and arrived on time. So I still continue taking the aircoach.”

“On 20/Aug/23, we as a family took an Aircoach from T1 (10.05 am) to N11. The driver is not customer-centric but rather more agitative and very un-friendly. A fellow family had a booked ticket for a 'particular' stop. At the time of boarding, they told the driver the next stop mistakenly. When the bus was near the particular stop, they asked the driver to stop there. That driver went mad and fought the passenger asking why they told a different stop at the time of boarding and now asking for another stop. She was like a racist and shouted at them saying the customer raising their voice against the driver which is not true. I can't tolerate her behaviour and have to jump in to support the customer. The easiest thing in this World for a driver is to accommodate a passenger's genuine request to get down at a stop instead of another stop as long as the customer booked the ticket. But that simple request turned into a night mare. I think Aircoach should train the drivers in customer service and behaviour. Passengers often travel across the World having diverse cultures. If she can't understand the basics, then she is unfit to drive.”

“Had a pleasant journey Only minus point was that on Boarding the luxury coach at Belfast International Airport at 00:45am we then had to disembark at Belfast take our luggage out and board another bus which was quite basic with very poor WiFi.”

“Air coach got us where we needed to go, but not in a timely or efficient manner. My partner has a bad back and travels in a wheelchair, so we arranged our travel with aircoach in advance (as is required for a wheelcehair). We were assured that we would have a wheelchair lift on our busses/removed seats and that was why we could not board earlier coaches. However, once our prebooked coaches arrived, neither of then had wheelchair lifts/seats removed. Luckily, the wheelchair could be folded to storage in the hold and she could walk up the 3 steps, but this was very stressful when also wrangling a toddler and baggage”
