“First class service. On our return journey our plane was delayed by 2 hours and we missed the bus that we were booked onto but the staff at the office outside Dublin Airport said it wouldn't be a problem getting the next available coach. Will definitely use Aircoach again.”

“The driver was very helpful. He remembered me from the inward trip and have me usuful directions and information about the return trip. The bus was clean and the departure was on time. No delays upon arrival either. I was very pleased with the travel.”

“The only problem was that when the driver scanned our tickets, it appeared as if they had already been used! This happened for both my ticket, and my son's. (We had booked our seats before we travelled to Ireland). This alarmed and surprised us, but fortunately the driver let us continue our journey. So please check how this could have happened.”

“Someone took my bag off the bus. Driver told me I need to go to helpdesk at T1. Man there just told me it happens all the time and nothing he can do. Told me I can just wait there and hope someone brings it there. He told me it happens all the time. I insisted to give my details to him but he really could not care less. He just kept telling me it always happens as though it somehow makes it okay. Will never ever travel aircoach again.”

“We liked the visibility, frequency and quality of the bus. Only issue for us was length of journey. If possible would like a bus that goes direct from Dublin Airport to Cork City.”
