We use Aircoach from Dublin to Belfast and return. We find the service excellent.

Hi! It was my first time to travel with aircoach. I had booked 5 tickets for myself and my family members. However, since the flight got cancelled, we reach late and couldn’t catch the bus. It would have been good to change dates or apply for a refund in situations like these. Thanks.

A fantastic service! I travelled between Dublin and Belfast, the driver was friendly and kept the planned schedule. There was lots of time to disembark once we arrived at the airport, I didn't feel rushed in any way. Overall a great experience and I would travel this way again.

You are very well aware that AIB Debit cards do not work on your machines. Last month my father in law faced the same issue where his AIB Debit card got rejected and your driver told him AIB cards do not work on this. I thought it was just a hoax. This time while boarding the bus at leopardstown, my AIB debit card got rejected too ( I was traveling solo). Then I tapped my wife's AIB card (which I was carrying) and her's got rejected as well. Your driver asked me to pay cash but I do not carry cash in this modern era. Your driver became extremely aggressive and rude so I offered to pay him from the Airport ATM machine when we reach there. He rudely responded he cant wait for me at airport as its his 10min rest break, so I need to pay now or get off the bus. I pleaded to him that I'll miss my flight so he asked me to either pay online before reaching the sandyford stop or else need to get off along with my luggage. Since I was going to miss my flight, I didnt argue and immediately logged on to your website to pay the amount. This man kept arguing with me all the way. My Ask from you: 1)Please teach your drivers some manners and 2)make them aware of the AIB Debit card issue in your busses. 3) Correct the fault in your machines 4) Ask your drivers if they see any passanger with AIB card, just politely ask them to either pay in cash or pay on the website. There's no need to be aggressive at all. 5) Rest assured if your driver had thrown me out of the bus, I would have sued your company and recovered the 1000 Eur price of the Airticket along with lawyer's fee. I do not accept any kind of harrasment from any one even if I've to incur a loss financially. I've sued 2 public sector departments in the past and claimed compensation from them so what's going to stop me from suing you? Just tell your drivers to behave next time otherwise rest assured you'll see me in the court

it was ok but it is definitely overpriced and should be a lot less for kids

Once the bus arrived passengers had to put their luggage in the compartment under the bus needing to move other luggage to accommodate. No help from bus attendant. After 2 stops at the airport terminals had to switch to another bus reloading our luggage once again . The ride to Belfast was fine but I would use another bus line .

Air coach arrived and left on time the journey was comfortable and arrived at Belfast International as scheduled. I had ample time to get to departures and was not flustered. The driver was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a stress free journey.

We picked up an Aircoach at 15.11 from the Stillorgan Village stop last Thursday. Our driver couldn’t have been kinder or more friendly. So just giving him a well-deserved shout ;-))

Had a great experience with the Aircoach, it was a few minutes delayed on my return journey but that's to be expected with traffic. Price was very reasonable and the coach was veey comfortable, will definitely use again.

I’ve done Dublin Airport to Belfast by car and by coach. The coach is more relaxing, more convenient and it’s cheaper.

On time, efficient, I only have one issue that the seats were uncomfortable as the cushions were flat and had no support. Otherwise I'd have given you 5 stars.

Staff were extremely helpful, but the bus wasn’t up to the expectations. Display screen wasn’t working, charging ports weren’t working either
