“The last time I went to travel on a coach, the bus driver told the passengers on arrival that the bus was full and he would only take ticketed passengers, I had not booked but did have a return ticket that was only 2 months old, I had kept in my wallet, but the paper quality was so pure it would not scan, he could read the dates on it but would not allow me on, the next bus was not for another hour as a result I had to get a taxi. Since Covid there has bee. A huge reduction the the service provided by Aircoach, the frequency is much less, and on the previous occasion the bus broke down on route to the airport on the motorway. Not impressed with your service at all!”

“Realible service to get you from Cork to Dublin Airport.... It would be nice if you could book seats when buying tickets in advance to ensure you are sitting next to your travel companion (specially being a minor)”

“The aircoach from Cork to Dublin Airport was very efficient, leaving Cork at 1am and arriving in Dublin at approximately 4am. The only part I did not particularly enjoy was how full the bus was, it was at full capacity which made the trip a bit uncomfortable.”

“Bus drivers on both occasions were very friendly and helpful. The coach was comfortable enough. However, on both journeys the wifi did not work despite stating that it was connected on my phone. This was very inconvenient as I required it for work.”

“All very well, only you could give a little more info on the starting point in Dublin. Another suggestion could be to assign numbered seats, so that people from the same group could sit together.”
