“Aircoach driver are very friendly and I’m happy that this service is offered to reach the airport from a suburb without taking the cab or several buses. It is convenient to use just one bus. It is also very handy to drive to different cities to visit them. The only thing I can say is that they’re are not always on time.”

“Great in every way Left on time smooth no hassle journey down very relaxing. But the driver was an absolute great guy Very friendly patient and polite with everyone A few teenagers had been at an all night concert/rave very nice kids had no tickets but the driver was great with them making sure that all got on . Brilliant driver”

“A good and reliable service between Belfast and Dublin Airport. Onboard WiFi usually works well well. No toilet on board is something that let's them down, really should be available on a non stop, two hour drive in my opinion.”

“Was comfortable enough but on our recent return from Florida had to wait quite a while for return coach will probably use the new Dublin Express next time as it seems to have more coaches running less time to wait”

“My return trip from Dublin to Cork yesterday (3rd of September 2023) was 28 minutes late leaving the airport and despite already being late the bus driver slowed right down after he passed through the toll booth close to Cork, he was driving around 30km an hour in a 60 km zone, I was already having a very long trip and was not impressed on the slightest, there was no traffic on the road either, he just seemed to slow down for no reason. It was quite infuriating really, I swore I would never take that bus again.”

“Good experience overall. As a 703 user, I must say that the current schedule is problematic as there is an option every two hours. There have been numerous times when I would prefer the Aircoach but it just would not align with the required time to be at the airport. On those occasions, I resorted to using taxis, which is not ideal. Hopefully, schedules can be updated and more options be added throughout the day. Additionally, it would be preferable to have the drivers monitor the luggage storage when the doors are open, as there is currently limited oversight of passers-by potentially stealing one.”

“Booking is easy, website never seems to have problems. Bus has never let me down, overall a reliable service. Drivers are brilliant, never go wrong way, and are polite. Never an issue with anti-social behaviour on the bus.”

“Best way to get to Dalkey ( and many other places) from Dublin Airport and return. Service ran on time and only about an hour. Fair prices. Get to see Dublin and other towns along the way and goes through the long Port Tunnel.”
