“I used the Aircoach to travel between Dublin city centre and the airport on a Saturday evening. It was easy to book online as I was worried I wasn't going to get a seat. I'm glad as it was super busy and the people didn't know how to queue at the stop in the city centre. All the plugs on the bus didn't work. I kind of wished I'd just gone on the city bus which is cheaper, takes maybe 15 more minutes and had working USB plugs. Would use again if I was in a big hurry.”

“Spaces are a bit tight, air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, quite warm. Also there wasn’t any compartment to put things in”

“It was cold. Every time when I travel with aircoach it's cold in the bus. It's doesn't matter if its summer or winter, it's hot or cold outside.”

“I took route 702 to the airport at 6:40 am and the arrival time on the website was 7:35 am. Actually, the bus was in T1 at 8:07 am. Also, I would like to make a suggestion. 2 hours between buses is a long gap. it was not like that before the pandemic. the 702 route service was every hour. It was way more convenient like that. “We had booked 2 tickets for a 4pm bus. However, the 4pm bus never arrived and we had to take the 4:30pm bus, which was already almost full. Fortunately, we had planned a fairly large time margin between our departure from Dublin and the check-in time at the airport, otherwise it would have been complicated.”

“First time using the service and the bus broke down just as we reached the Waterside. We were then delayed for around 30 minutes waiting for a replacement. There was no announcement or communication from the driver about what was happening.”

“Lately travel with Aircoach twice , once bus went broken in the middle of highway, half way to Cork . Second , couldn’t purchase ticket at the airport . Very disappointed cause , my internet connection went down , and couldn’t buy ticket online .”

“- The seatbelt on my seat was broken. - There is not enough legroom and I'm only 170cm tall. - The seats are too hard and worn out. - The driver was courteous and professional.”

“In dublin , no ticket buses for belfast…..? have to take another companie Trip belfast to dublin , we have to change bus just before leaving , and they have not the wigi in that bus….. Disapointed customer”

“The bus is clean, comfortable, and arrived close to scheduled time. I was first is line to enter the bus, but the driver decided to take care of every body else waiting (including a person who didn’t even have a ticket) before he let me in the bus.”

“I travelled with Aircoach from Derry to Dublin city centre. While the drivers were nice and the journey comfortable enough, I only found out of during the journey that I had to change coach twice, first in Belfast and then in Dublin airport. I wish I had known beforehand.”
