The air conditioner was blowing cold air for 3 hours, can you please tell the drivers to stop that? Thanks

Is there any chance of resuming earlier buses from DUB to Belfast? Most transatlantic flights get in around 5am which means sitting around in the airport for over two and a half hours before the first service.

The journey was FAR TOO LONG. One and a half hours to get to the airport. We need a more frequent and more direct route from this area.

The coach from Cork to Dublin always seems to be very full, and the seats are quite uncomfortable when sitting beside a stranger. It would also be better if they didn't recline, as that's incredibly uncomfortable. Everything seems it's been filthy for a long time too, which is awful when you've to sit there for several hours.

The driver was fine when he stopped the bus on the highway because of two drunk passengers. They were so annoying that they kept the whole bus awake during the trip. I was sitting on the front row, but the seat is hard and not comfortable

Bus was on time, clean and overall ok. Average comfort level for public transport. So for anyone taller than 6ft, it’s not likely you’ll be able to nod off. Bus driver was fine with me, but noted he told multiple customers he knew nothing about the wifi as he was “just a driver”. I’m sure it wouldn’t take more than half an hour to train him on how it’s meant to work….and maybe another half an hour with some basic customer engagement lessons. Will use again if stuck.

Noticed on this trip that the regularity of the coach from Greystones was more infrequent than before, coach and service was very good though

Service is very good. But it is painful going through the city centre in dub. Sometimes nobody gets off. Can you do a direct airport service pls

Trip was good. The journey was quiet and we arrived on time. The driver was in the main helpful to passengers. However, I got off the bus in the city centre rather than the airport and my small case had been pushed to the back by other big cases. The driver stood there while I had to climb underneath and into the back of the bus to retrieve it. This marred an otherwise good experience.

1) I have taken about 4 times trips in the past 2 months - its only a matter of time before your drivers kill someone. They are all driving WAY too fast for the size of the bus & the roads they are on. 2) Service is good, drivers depending on each individual whether I have found them friendly or helpful. 3) The flexi ticket on your website does not work - each time I have tried to buy it the page crashes.

The price is reasonable and the stops are conveniently located near the entrance/exit of the airport terminals and in the city centre. Nonetheless, punctuality is an issue, frequently pointed out in other reviews as well. My coach was no exception, as it was over 20 minutes late. So it's important to take that into account when booking.

Not enough buses put on, always too full (while your interest in making profitable having full coaches ) means there is not enough leg room No proper queuing system, whereby people push on before those who have waited. No need for radio to be on - its not to everyone's taste, but equally no point as most have their own head phones.

The coaches were mostly on time but there was no Wi-Fi or power on both trips to and from the airport.

Generally aircoach are good the stafff are mostly really lovely but the buses are often old and shabby and not clean. The heating temperature is often cold with people wearing coats and wrapped up, often on the late buses music is played loud even though it’s 3,4 in the morning and people are trying to sleep. I travel regularly on the various services cross border however and as I said the staff are good.

I use the service between Belfast and Dublin airport on a regular basis. The service used to be great, but the number of buses running and the timetable seems to have practically halved in the last year,(especially at night) reducing flexibility, and increasing overall journey times. It is now difficult to book a ticket at short notice and the buses are very crowded. The service is still reasonable value for money, but not what it used to be.

I chose to use the 704x from Aston key where I was surprised to learn that a bike could be refused if no space was available,as a business proposal this will place me back into iarroad eireann as not knowing if a place exists after paying for a ticket is introducing a variable that caused stress.I have used the Aircoach for years previous to this, suggesting a tick box for bikes on website
