“Good service but I was lucky to make the booked time as my flight was late. There were many people left behind who were not allowed to board the bus who had missed the previous coach for the same reason. Thus is a problem that isn’t being dealt with I believe as so many people now have no choice but to travel from Dublin airport and flights are often delayed.”

“I am not happy about a few things, not on last trip though but in general: 1. 5 am service to dublin airport should be express, no need to enter heavy dublin city traffic in rush hour and get delayed by 1.5 or 2hrs when most people travel to airport anyway..such a waste of time. 2. Not enough buses..no choice, big gaps in service e.g. 2 am and 5 am..no choice left really.. 3.luggage is thrown around and could get deeply in fold. Drivers do not help with same, very hard to retrieve it. Last time nearly broke my back trying to get inside the baggage hold space as my suitcase was all the way down. Last trip on 11th april 1 am cork - dbl airport was very good with a friendly efficient driver. Express service bypassing dublin city centre is the best. Thanks”

“Pleasant staff efficient service. It would be fantastic if there was a drop off/pick up at Altnagelvin hospital, Londonderry/Derry. This is so much more convenient for access to the Waterside are of the city. Best wishes Allison”

“Services was good we went to Belfast which can take up to 2 hours my only real concern was no toilet on the bus for both the trips . I had my elderly mother with me and she does have a weak bladder . When I arrived at Dublin Airport the air pack did have a toilet and this coach was only dropping me off at the outside the hotel . It doesn’t make sense that you don’t use the coach’s with toilets for the Belfast trip .”

“The bus was late leaving Cork because the bus arrived later than the departure time. The same happened on our return journey from Dublin.”

“It’s a good, speedy service. However, the lack of an onboard toilet and the refusal of drivers to stop briefly at services between Dublin and Belfast is terrible. Either put a toilet onboard or allow a stop, if necessary.”

“My first trip was great. No complains there. But my trip back to the airport wasn't that pleasing. The bus smelled like urine and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Otherwise it was a good experience.”

“Girl at 704x 6th April didn’t tell us that there was a 6.30 pm coach to Cork so we were waiting for an hour and a half until a man told us NO COACH AT 6.30pm on 3 afternoons. It would have given us time to get something to eat or sit instead of standing, a WRITTEN SIGN would be helpful for ALL PASSENGERS GOING TO CORK”

“It's was good but very hot in bus as it was full. Air vents not working or charger plug or USB were not working at all no window opened on bus for Air no music just very stuffie on bus.. Normally I'm happy Normally with it all...”

“I use aircoach frequently and sadly the drivers attitude and helpfulness varies greatly. Some can do enough for people, getting them on off bus etc, those with wrong tickets etc. Others just do nothing and its a great shame”

“The Cork to Dublin trip was good. Lovely Air coach employee scanned ticket. Cannot say the same for the return journey. The bus had a dirty smell which made me feel sick for three and a half hours. There was an incident when I boarded in Dublin and a foreign lady treated very disrespectfully. I am still shocked that a visitor to our country would be treated in this way.”
