Arrived at destination on time as per timetable. Wenuse to take Aircoach from Bray to Dublin Airport all the time. Nowdays we seldom use the service since there is no service from Bray to Dublin return at the time we need it most.

The prices keep going up so I’ve started using other companies. In particular, the increase in the price of the flexi ticket overtime, and still making customer pay additional money to change bus times at peak times despite already paying for a flexi ticket made me not want to use Aircoach anymore. It’s a very sneaky charge.

Good part was on time start and end moment. Bad part was a small freeze temperature inside.

Aircoach are good. Most of the drivers are lovely. I travel to Dublin at least twice a week for work. I prefer to take the bus rather than drive. I usually opt for Gobus as they offer me and my colleagues a discount. I only travel aircoach when the times suit me better

Two hourly service on 702 from Greystones is very inconvenient. Arriving way too early at the airport lengthens the travel time. Similar for the return trip. No night service means a taxi home. Will share taxis unless this changes.

Thank you for assessing my satisfaction. I hope you are genuinely interested in getting my comments. Although my journey back to Dublin was safe, we were many passengers to complain about the level of heating. We had the feeling to be in a sauna!! One passenger asked the driver to switch off the system...but we didn't seem to feel any difference. My colleague suffered of headache during the journey. Also dealing with people, we'd have expected that the driver introduced himself at the beginning of the journey and would have given a minimum of info on the security on board & journey. You deal with human. Therefore, act as a decent human who cares about his/her counterpart. You are not in goods delivery, ain't you!! Hope that there will be an operational follow-up based on my comments. Have a good day!

Please if you charge us 3 euros for the flexi change, do not charge us for every change that we need to do. In Gobus is included in the price for example and changes are free

It would have been great if the frequency of trips from place to place (at least major connecting cities like cork, Galway) is higher. And there was no option to travel between 7pm to 1am midnight on a Sunday evening from cork to Dublin which was frustrating.

The driver was very sarcastic and kinda rude. When people were asking questions when boarding he would give sarcastic answers and joke around. As tourists in a new country who don’t know exactly where they’re going and want to confirm, he was very confusing. Not nice. He was also quite an aggressive driver. Really didn’t feel safe. The bus itself was nice though.

I think with such a long journey there should be a toilet on the coach

The bus takes over an hour for what should be a 45 min journey. It also only runs every 2 hours on the airport to Dalkey route. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

There was no WiFi on both of the coaches that I took. As an international traveler without phone access, I must rely on WiFi to contact friends and family. I could not tell them I was on my way until I arrived in Belfast and logged on to the City WiFi.
