“I think with such a long journey there should be a toilet on the coach”

“The bus takes over an hour for what should be a 45 min journey. It also only runs every 2 hours on the airport to Dalkey route. Staff very pleasant and helpful.”

“Travelled on aircoach on 14 March it was bloody freezing no heating was on. travelled from Derry to Belfast International Travelled on aircoach on 22nd March from Belfast International to Derry and it was roasting and wifi service was non existant”

“There was no WiFi on both of the coaches that I took. As an international traveler without phone access, I must rely on WiFi to contact friends and family. I could not tell them I was on my way until I arrived in Belfast and logged on to the City WiFi.”

“Comfortable coaches from Belfast International to Foyleside and back. Noisy rattles on the coach on return journey however. Inward coach arrived at Foyleside 10 minutes early, return arrived at airport 10 minutes late. Very disappointed with the frequency of service in comparison with the previous Airporter service.”

“I am always happy with Aircoach’s service. Dependable and affordable transport and generally comfortable, however, on my trip to and back from Dublin Airport the bus was freezing - even with a jacket!!”

“The coach broke down just half an hour from Cork! Itwas sressful as I was getting a flight in Dublin that evening. Fortunatelly the replacement coach arrived about an hour later. Some people got family members to drive them to Dublin. The positive thing was that the coach went directly to the airport. We didn't miss our flight! It shouldn't happen though!”

“Good service, was a little late arriving at Dublin Airport but made it home on time. Information at Dublin Airport & at the stops in Cork was minimal. Could badly do with arrival/departure boards. Also, would encourage a little more flexibility on times for coaches as plans & flights got changed by my airline so I had to re-book & pay again.”

“Good service however not enough frequency and hour of operations on line to Killiney. Would also prefer a shorter journey as previously offered avoiding the city centre and going straight to the tunnel”

“The coach is definitely a cheaper option than the train and as quick as the train - so most definitely worth it . However, the toilets did not work and for a journey that last over 2 hours , with no breaks , it can be really painful to not have a convenience break or have toilets that work.”

“The service could be improved by making it possible for someone like me to travel on the first available coach if seats are available, rather than only being able to use the service I had booked. The result was that I had to wait for 1.5 hours at the airport. I don't understand this policy. The previous service allowed this for a passenger provided there were seats available. You use coaches which are twice the size of the previous service, and there were only about 7 or8 passengers.”

“It was disappointing that Heuston Station was not allowed as one of the drop off point on the way back from Cork, considering that the station has many ways of allowing passengers to move on to their next destination without having to wait to get to O'Connell Bridge only to walk back again to Heuston Station. Please include Heuston Station henceforth.”
