My overall opinion of Aircoach was very much influenced by my experience recently getting on the air coach at belfast international airport back to Derry I asked the what was an off duty bus driver if I had the right bus to Derry and he contradicted me and don’t u mean Londonderry ! This openly non inclusive attitude really threw me and upset me to the point that the actual bus driver of that journey embarrassingly stated yes this is the bus to Derry The off duty driver was Scottish and was a man of large frame and how I know that he was also an employee is because he exchanged comments with the bus driver on how the mechanics of the check in machinery on the bus had been working that day . I have used AirPorter for many years and was looking forward to my journey with Aircoach which was on the return journey an awful upsetting experience! Attitudes such as this with such behaviours should not be tolerated in any workplace It felt like I was being intimidated and it wasn’t impressive .

The bus was fine, and clean and in good time. It was good I could book online.\ The only objection i have was that on one bus there was no power outlet. And it wasn't only me. Another passenger couldn't find it either. And on the return journey, the power outlet was very lose and the cable kept slipping out. So not a good experience for power outlets.

We came out of Belfast International and the bus was there. It would have been better if it had been free since we’re pensioners and we only took the bus because we were tired, our flights having been delayed. Normally I do anything to avoid your service because it discriminates against pensioners. If you accepted the bus passes, we would be frequent users. The driver was helpful and friendly.

i wasn’t able to sit next to my friend but that’s not really aircoaches fault and then on the way home someone was pestering me wanting to log in on their email on my phone for their ticket but then again not aircoaches fault. i was happy with the aircoach service apart from the things out of their control

Lovely trip but bus was way too hot! Most passengers were visible in distress, driver was asked to turn the heat down when it became unbearable but at that point we were nearly home so there wasn’t any point ):

On the way home it’s always too hot and stuffy. Besides that I have no issues. The drivers are always nice

Very hard to find bus at Dublin airport

I did not find this as convenient as the airporter bus that I always used. I had to wait an hour and a half after landing at Belfast airport before the next bus. Plus it took longer than the airporter bus. I’m reluctant to travel into Belfast airport now.

I was booked on the 3.30am from Clayton Sandyford. The aircoach left 5 minutes early. Also the bus was full. The driver was direct and very unfriendly, saying only Online Bookings only at every stop. He was unfriendly, serious and totally unapproachable. You need to train your drivers to smile, be friendly, be helpful, it costs nothing and can have a very positive effect on the customers who are paying their wages and keeping the aircoach running.

This used to be a fantastic service. Now it’s two hourly so not particularly convenient. Also takes FOREVER as goes through town and is frequently late. This makes it unreliable and therefore unsuitable to get to the airport on time. My suggestions: 1. Revert to a one hour service, as previously 2. Use East Link and avoid town 3. Increase prices if necessary but get back your reliability

The service runs pretty well. The majority of the drivers are unfriendly and not helpful at all. Some of of the drivers are great though. Lately buses keep running late. I use it quite often so I have noticed.

The only small gripe, it’s advertised as Wi-Fi on the coach, can’t get it, no advert of a password. I asked the driver was there a password, he laughed and said, the Wi-Fi is hit and miss, chances are you won’t get it. Other than that, comfortable coach, all on time

I have gotten the air coach a few time since it started up. I did find one of your drivers a bit not to nice or plane landed on time but we had to get our luggage which took its time. I sent my son out to tell the bus man could he wait as I have bad knees and couldn’t walk that fast. My son came running back to me to say the bus man said no he couldn’t wait 5 mins. When we got out to the bus it was not even 2 minutes as we were almost at the bus the bus man said. You are very lucky I am still here. We got on the bus. The bus man sat at the wheel for about another 10 minutes to to my surprise there was people from our flight just getting on the bus and the bus man saying to them take your time we are in no hurry. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

booking needs to be sorted, most of the time needs early booking is impossible with flight returns can be delayed and should allow to change the time later next bus

The coach was 1/2 hour late. I was at the bus stop at least 15 minutes prior to the supposed arrival time of the air coach (8.40am) but the bus didn't arrive until after 9.15am. Thankfully I had given myself plenty of time to get to the airport but was not impressed with this delay.

Getting the Aircoach to the airport is very good however it takes far too long at the airport to go back homeward. I have also not got any Aircoach from the airport late at night

Not an easy site to use, was far better when it was the airporter. Timetable is very confusing due to coming from/to Dublin, when we travel from/to Derry/Londonderry.
