Would b better with more frequent buses available

Bus just seems cheap, seats where old and bus was poorly lit at night. Airporter bus was more comfortable and looked fresh, aircoach bus just seemed like any old bus. WiFi connection also wasn't great compared to the Airporter. Driver was nice though.

Over half hour late. Husband on wheelchair. Not very wheelchair friendly. No one available to assist with luggage or queue control getting on bus. Free for all

It has been a while since I’ve used this service, so I don’t know if it’s changed. But the only downfall to this service is the lack of service times there is. With the airporter bus they came either every half hour/hour which was amazing .. but I think this has changed now ? I know they go a longer route now and that is probably why but it not great if you’re waiting ages for a bus and would be how you would lose customers because they will get a bus into Belfast instead and get home quicker than waiting.

Bus sign on bus when last went to Dublin incorrect so missed the bus. And the bus had us swap bus 3 times at the airport

The service itself is great, but the timetable isn’t especially if you have an early morning flight going from Belfast and travelling from Derry and again with the night time flights.

Could be very good if pick up and drop off timing was every hour, had to wait 1.5hrs after landing at Belfast international for onward journey.

It's a good service but the seats are tatty and some are broken. Not all the USB ports work. The lady at the airport is exceptionally rude. Not necessary.

Coach 45 minutes late to arrive in Belfast from Dublin

Driver excellent. Standard of bus very good. Frequency of service and time of last service poor. Not clear if some stops active (loughlinstown hospital). Signpost present but driver though no longer active and not an option on site as a pick up point.

It's very confusing as you can't put time in you need to leave

Would much prefer Airporter as it was more comfortable and heating was better controlled and at the same price

Fantastic but the bus driver this time was so rude and smoked just at the door which made the whole bus smell. Other than that great service

Punctuality is very good and fare is good value. When coach is full it is not very comfortable. I join generally in Dublin City Centre and passengers who boarded at the airport invariably have their bags on the seats and can be quite hostile when asked to move them so I can get a seat. It would be great if you could allocate seats like Irish Rail. At least then there would be no confusion.

Everything fine other the slight hassle and time delay having to change coach at Dublin airport both directions

I find it rediculous given you operate primarily from the airport the whole flex ticket and having to move it by an hour, impossible to do that from the sky if you’re delayed. If there’s room on the bus regardless once you have a ticket you should be allowed on.

The first time I used Aircoach, it was the best land travel experience I have had in Ireland; quick, clean and comfortable. But lately I have observed that some of the buses arrive at the pick up location (Aston quay) a bit late than the usual. And also, the leg room isn’t that convenient. But other than these, I enjoy my travel experience with aircoah.

The bus and journey are fine, but it’s disappointing that there is no longer a service from Belfast city
