Does the job.

My own experience was fine, and we are lucky to have the service so near to where we live. However, I’m told each time I travel that the frequency of Aircoaches is due back to hourly and over more of the night and early morning. I really hope that happens soon! Thanks!

First of all, price PARIS/DUBLIN was so expensive in november and in January it was half price. I was very very disapointed other problem in PARIS CDG : the person who register lugguage wanted me to pay for my small case of 10 kgs which it's free when it goes in the 'soute' . I had to refuse energically and then she called her boss who says it was free and it was written on my booking sheet. NOT NORMAL that your employees do not know the rules of the company where they work !!! from DUBLIN to PARIS it was perfect with a woman who helped us to register. Very kind

Service was efficient, ran on time, however the plugs weren't working on the coach. I couldn't charge my phone as expected so I was disappointed

The temperature on board varies drastically. One time I travelled to Dublin from Cork and it was freezing and just recently it was far too hot especially sitting by the window where the vent is. My sister almost passed out.

The driver was very good on the way to Dublin. He was helpful and friendly. On the way back the driver was neither helpful nor friendly. There is no legroom, I had to sit sideways, which was ok because the sit beside me was free. It would be helpful if there was some shelter when waiting for the coach. It is a good price for the service and it's easy to book. The seats are comfortable and would be very good if they had some legroom. It's too long a trip to be twisted sideways.

General experience was good and comfortable however given the journey (derry to dubln airport) I believe that the coach should include a toilet. Given the bus to galway and to Cork have them this should be a guven

Generally, it would be very helpfull if there are more often buses. Because quite often the bus is full and the driver can not take more people. Also, some drivers should be more polite.

The service was timely but the condition of the bus and its cleanliness could do with improvement.

It’s ok if we were not in a hurry since the air coach made a lot of stops to pick up passengers. .

Cannot rely too much on the times given. But all in all a clean service to the airport.

The bus on St Patrick's day didn't leave from the mentioned place (O'Connell Street) as it was closed. But no email from Aircoach ... As well the bus to the airport arrived late (15 min) but at that moment, you can panic easily as you can miss your plane ...

Buses are always comfortable. Staff can be hit or miss with how friendly and helpful they are. The last time I was trying to board my flight was delayed so I missed my original booking. I do completely understand that people who booked for a specific time have priority, but when there are situations out of your control (ie delayed flights), something should be done to ensure people who had booked are still looked after

Not loads of room or the most comfortable seats ever, but great quality in terms of the price we paid. Would use again

The driver was really rude. I showed him my ticket checked if I was on the right bus, went back to put my luggage in it’s place, came back and got treated like I was someone who was trying to travel without a ticket.

Bus was delayed by 20 mins and wifi not operating on the service. However, more than happy with aircoach staff and driver who largely made up time
