Aircoach was easy to book with, it is awkward as you are unable to add you tickets to Google wallet which 8s handy for retrieving barcodes and tickets. I noticed a lot of customers scanning through emails looking for tickets! The went 5o 5he bother of making them barcode readable but yet you have to trouble to download 2 A4 pdf files and will need a pdf reader on your phone in order to show your 🎫 tickets. Can't 7nders5and why a national service didn't go all the way to make life easier for service users and disabled passenger. The coach from the Airport to Athlone had no WiFi and was sub hired. Gets you from a to b. Clean coach and helpful driver.

The Flexi Ticket is a con. It's only flexible IF THERE ARE FREE SEATS on the bus. I always have to buy two tickets just to be sure

Courteous service and nice staff.. 2 hour gap between departures from Dalkey makes service frequently unsuitable. Previous holders of the franchise ' The Patten Flyer' was a much better service

Booked a early morning @5:35 bus because there was nothing available from St Vincent’s Hospital to T1 between 6 to 7, then the bus arrived early and didn’t stop for me. Same thing when I went home last time and the driver didn’t stop the bus at my stop and I had to drag my luggage all the way. What’s the point of a booking ahead then?

I've used this service a lot over the last 10 years. While the busses, drivers and customer service is quite good, the timetabling leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, while travelling from Belfast to Cork, I saw that the Belfast to Dublin bus arrived at T1 at 17:35, while the bus to Cork departed at 17:30, meaning I had to wait until 19:30 for the next bus. This is not a difficult issue to spot and amend. The lack of connection possibilities and awkward timetables really impacts the service negatively, particularly on routes that seem to be regularly sold out, with no increase in busses. A shame from an otherwise good service.

It got me there to and from my destination (Belfast to Dublin and vice versa) comfortably and in a fair time. The drivers and other workers were all friendly and organisation went very smoothly. The main problem i had was that the heat on the bus was stifling, to the point where I was getting a headache, not just one way but both journeys. The temp outside was 10*C. Maybe the drivers could turn the heat off for the second part of the journey after it has heated up? The other problem is that the WI-FI did not work at all. I tried to connect every half hour or so on both journeys but always failed to connect. You have to sign in but it doesn't even let you get that far.

The service between Belfast & Derry is only every 2hours which is not frequent enough …woukd be much better if hourly …

Comfortable and reasonably priced. However, someone needs to do a better job putting the timetable together. No account is made for rush-hour traffic for example. The 8am bus from Greystones will not get you to the airport for 9.41…….10.30 maybe. Why not have the correct times displayed!

Disappointed that the new service from Londonderry to Belfast replacing the former Airporter Service does not stop at Maghera or Castledawson roundabout to serve passengers from Mid Ulster! I appreciate this is an express service but leaves many with no service!☹️☹️

Good option to travel, good prices and on both journeys we arrived on time schelued. The only thing that we disliked was the smell coming from the toilet during one of the journeys. All the rest, very good! We will travel again with Aircoach.

On outbound there was a bus change required due to faulty windscreen whipers. A delay of 60min for a trip to Airport. Unpleasant. On inbound trip: Despite the early queueing at the designated and 3 times by employees confirmed bay, the bus then left at another bay and no staff informed the waiting passengers. Travelling with luggage, standing in strong wind and rain, just to then run (as departure time was already passed by 10min) to be squeezed in a random spot is not what I call good customer service.

Coach from Belfast to Dublin 5.30 am heated fast efficient. Return Journey 02-01-2023 at 11am ground staff at airport rude not helpful told us coach full so waited outside 30 mins early frozen bus half full. Then driver did not put heat on like an icebox. Came from America customer service top notch back to this not impressed

Aircoach needs to have a more regular schedule (notwithstanding any issues re driver shortages). A 2 hour gap between buses for the 703 route is too long. The interval used to be 60 minutes and should at a minimum be reduced to every 90 minutes.

Need the hourly service back. Landed just after 2pm in Dublin and didn't get back to greystones until 6pm. My flight from UK didn't even take that long.

Wifi not reliable at all for work on the go. Often reconnects hence VPN is disconnected every few mins.

The Aircoach bus departed from Dublin Airport and arrived in Belfast city centre on time. However, the temperature on the bus was so stifling from the heat being cranked up that I felt sick for most of the ride.
