The service is vastly reduced from what it used to be, in addition, it takes much longer to reach its destination due to route changes. While the vehicle itself is comfortable and the drivers are usually pleasant If the service could return to an hourly service I would use it all the time. Once every two hours and a journey of 1.20 hrs is simply not a good enough service.

Great experience on trip to Belfast. However return trip I had to change buses at airport to city centre which meant going around airport twice and an added 40 mins to journey. There had been a protest at airport so I don’t know if that was the reason. If it’s the norm to change buses on way back to Dublin then I wouldn’t use the service.

I have used Airporter for many years, and always admired its reliability, punctuality and convenience. I travel on business quite frequently, and use both Belfast City and Belfast International airports. The takeover of Airporter by Aircoach has eliminated Belfast City airport as a destination. Frequencies have also reduced. The change is definitely not beneficial to me.

Toilet was shut for the 2hr journey to Dublin. Couldn’t sit beside my girlfriend so allocated seats especially for single travellers could of helped

30 mins late is unacceptable but our return journey was excellent.

2 hourly service from Killiney inadequate. Also should be able to book a specific time through the app and for more than one person.

Pickup was on time and easy, and the driver was lovely, but we were a bit disappointed to have to switch coaches halfway through the journey. Especially for buses that leave earlier in the day, it is a bit inconvenient for my party of 5 to change to a bus that was then overcrowded, without a single seat to spare - we had been sleeping before the change and were very disoriented with the change.

5 star driver, friendly and very nice. 1 star price Far too expensive, 15 euro one way to Killiney. 10-12 would be a fair price.

Very satisfactory, apart from not accepting cash on the coach!

Journey took far too long... More direct buses needed

You could greatly improve your service on the way from the airport by having the tv display "Next stop: stop name". That usually hasn't happened on recent journeys that I've taken.

Coach was easy to book online and arrived on time. Not great legroom for taller people.

The bus is not comfortable enough for a long trip.

Timetable is quite inflexible compared to Airporter. Last journey I found the driver very unfriendly and unhelpful. He stood by and let old people load their own cases. Possibly a one-off but not very customer friendly. I 'always' used Airporter but no try and organise a lift and use Aircoach as needed.

Not enough leg space for tall people.

While the service in general is good the aircoach tracker is poor especially when travelling from the airport. Also, the schedule display board at the airport is always disabled. On my last trip I had a return journey booked from the airport but took a taxi instead as no accurate timing information was available. I know you have a timetable but timetables are not reliable in Ireland. Suggest Aircoach implement an accurate tracking app from Airport out and have a proper functioning schedule display at the airport.

My own experience was fine, and we are lucky to have the service so near to where we live. However, I’m told each time I travel that the frequency of Aircoaches is due back to hourly and over more of the night and early morning. I really hope that happens soon! Thanks!

First of all, price PARIS/DUBLIN was so expensive in november and in January it was half price. I was very very disapointed other problem in PARIS CDG : the person who register lugguage wanted me to pay for my small case of 10 kgs which it's free when it goes in the 'soute' . I had to refuse energically and then she called her boss who says it was free and it was written on my booking sheet. NOT NORMAL that your employees do not know the rules of the company where they work !!! from DUBLIN to PARIS it was perfect with a woman who helped us to register. Very kind

Service was efficient, ran on time, however the plugs weren't working on the coach. I couldn't charge my phone as expected so I was disappointed
