“Service is good enough but I find that the coaches are a little too hot to be comfortable. I also think that the charging points are in a very awkward place.”

“Booking worked well, we arrived into Dublin earlier than expected and we were able to get on the earlier bus thanks to the driver. One little thing, the bus was full and I know there is no longer a mask mandate however there was at least three people in the area of the coach that were coughing and sneezing a lot. We put on our masks to protect ourselves. Maybe an idea to ask people to wear masks? I know you can’t enforce it.”

“I have chosen to only ride on Aircoach on my trips from Belfast to Dublin and back. Things can always be improved. My various drivers have always shown Smoothness, Personal skills and Patience when dealing with late arrivers. The seats are a bit uncomfortable and the air circulation is a bit lacking. Not much they can do about that.”

“Die Buchung war unkompliziert, der Bus absolut pünktlich, der Komfort im Bus ebenfalls. Nur der Fahrer sprach kein einziges Wort mit uns (Gepäckeinladung, Ticketnachweis) und wirkte abweisend.”
