“A great service,reasonably priced, very comfortable bus, courteous bus drivers but the TIMETABLE needs a serious update in terms of display and easier understanding of it.”

“We used the Aircoach between Dublin and Belfast. The Bus arrived on time and the journey was without problems. It's pretty cheap, but the driver was a bit unfriendly and the bus was not very clean.”

“Easy pickup from a spot in Dublin. Would have liked to have driver help put in and out my bag in the luggage compartment as I am a senior and this ended up being rather difficult for me.”

“Great service from the city to the airport. Even better now that you can track the coach live on the website. I will need to report though that the driver was unacceptably rude to customers, she was shouting to this particular car in the traffic light because seemingly he didn’t let her pass. Then she didn’t want to let this car in front and kept accelerating and breaking the bus in an uncomfortable manner. A tourist, customer of the bus, got up to ask the driver how long it would take to get to the airport and instead of just replying to the question, this driver Said that she was busy and there was traffic. I felt extremely sorry for this girl that clearly didn’t know where she was and I ended up telling her that was the last stop before the airport. That’s all the driver needed to respond but the chose to be rude and not clarifying.”

“Our driver on the way back, Dublin to Belfast 4pm was the best driver I have ever experienced on the air coach He was kind, considerate as I was travelling with parents who’s mobility isn’t good and he sorted out front row seats which were originally occupied and he talked to the bus telling us journey time etc This has NEVER happened before when I travel on the air coach so I wear pleasantly surprised”

“Very prompt and punctual service. Even arrived ahead of time, which was super for someone taking the bus to catch a flight at the airport. Only downside was that I couldn’t get the wifi to work at all. But overall great service & good value for money”

“Excellent service, but it would be nice if there was a direct service between Dublin Airport and Cork. Thr trip into Dublin centre on the way adds significantly to the journey time.”

“Booked online for bus from Belfast to Dublin Airport. Definitely better than paying on the day as the queue was big. Comfortable bus and arrived on time.”

“Convenient, punctual and reliable service. Great to have some late night/early morning options. Unfortunately my bus had a few drunk passengers, which made it a little uncomfortable. The power outlet at my seat wasn’t working.”

“The driver was nice, but the bus was later than advertised and I had to climb into the luggage hold to get my luggage back out and the driver didn't help me. This was a manual handling issue and would have also been if the driver had been the one to climb in and get it out, so I think you should have some system (e.g. long stick to hook luggage with) to enable the luggage to be pulled to a part of the luggage hold where it can more easily be taken out.”
