“MY Aircoach experience was really good and it got me to the airport on time”

“Good service to get me to and from destinations. Very punctual with my booking time. My only issue was the available wifi on board but did not actually work.”

“I have used the service for years and it was up to its usual standard during this trip. One issue I have is the booking of return coach trips to coincide with a return flight. I paid the extra to have a flexible ticket but sometimes it's impossible with flights and pathways through the airport to always hit that time or change in advance. The ticket seems to imply that it's not possible to use the ticket on a different service.”

“Great to see buses from Dublin O'Connell Street to Belfast, via the 2 airport terminals, really busy again. I am a frequent traveller and have had no issue with the service. Was disappointed however today, on the 11.30am from Belfast Glengall Street to Dublin, to see two separate passengers with on-line bookings turned away as the driver said they were too late (it was around 11.25am) and that there was no more room on the coach. It was pointed out to the driver that there were two empty seats near the back but his response was "I need those". I can understand the reasonably large number of people hoping to board with no on-line booking being turned away but why would he do this to those who had booked while leaving two seats empty?”

“Traveled to Dublin from USA. Took Aircoach to Belfast (express). Overall experience was a "4". Would have been nice to have help with baggage loading and unloading bags into the belly of the bus. Also, we had to change our "flex" ticket to an earlier time, but the system wouldn't allow that - so we purchased extra tickets and couldn't release the seats on the bus that we would not be riding in (which other people probably would have liked to have). The company should refund those seats. We've put in for a refund and haven't heard back yet.”

“I wish the aircoach could be a little more timely from Dublin to Belfast and kept to the 1hr 50minutes expected time. However on my return from Dublin to Belfast I had the pleasure of having Martin as my driver - which I can only speak highly of as he informed every passenger of the safety procedure and made sure all passengers had a pleasurable and safe experience with Aircoach.”

“All was good except the guy who sat beside me would not wear a mask . Whilst I know irs not mandatory the signs on the bus said to wear them .”
