“The service is really great, the drivers are mostly friendly and helpful. I made 4 trips in March, for only one of them the WiFi was not available.”

“Great value, on time service. The majority of passengers on my return journey did not have masks which made me feel uncomfortable but I appreciate this responsibility lies with passengers rather than Aircoach. Will use again.”

“Dismayed not to be able to buy a ticket at the booth at 8.30 as seller didn't know if there'd be seats on the 9.00 bus. Luckily there were.”

“Hard to find the bus stop. It was not well signposted. A notice with bus times and where exactly to get the coach is needed. All I could find were buses going to Dublin.”

“Great service. Only downside: the website should be updated. In one part it says your ticket will be emailed and you just show the ticket on your phone to board. Then at the end if check out it says “you must print your tickrt”. Well I believe I will just be able to scan the cide from my phone to the reader on the bus without printing anything. That bit should be fixed on the checkout section of the website. Thanks!”
