“The service was good and punctual despite the rush hours. However, the driver was very grumpy. A fellow passenger asked him when did we arrive and he replied "I'll tell you when we're there". He honked and shouted at many other drivers and pedestrians on the way which made the journey a bit stressful, on the bright side we arrived only 2 minutes behind the scheduled arrival! It was the 700 service arriving at the Airport at 4.16pm on Wed 21st Sept 2012.”

“Excelent service . Even though i have free travel I am still willing to pay. Air Conditioning very cold heard a few people complain about it too. But overall great to travel with.”

“Took this bus all the time. Excellent service, but not always the wifi which is annoying as I am working on the bus. Have to ask the driver few times as he seems able to manage it. That the only thing who must be improve.”

“Had a good bus trip . Would have liked some music was sitting on the bus for 2hrs . I didn’t want to disturb the driver by asking to put some on .”

“Very Efficient & comfortable service & very good value for money. however there were two items of notice. The driver on the 12 noon bus from Cork to Dublin on 1st August was very rude to anyone looking to buy a ticket on the bus. The passengers were unsure of the procedure or the recommendation that tickets bought on-line are given priority. The bus driver really gave out to them! His manner was very abrupt and all he had to do was explain gently. The second item is the signage at the bus stop is very poor. Bigger bus signs and perhaps a sign about ticket purchase would be a useful addition. I would still recommend Aircoach and hope to use it again soon.”

“Bus service was efficient as usual. Clean and comfortable. The location of the phone charger is really awkward! Not practical at all. You have to put your head in the person besides you lap! Not good haha! The driver was abrupt and sometimes a bit rude. Particularly I felt he was rude to certain customers.”
