“I really enjoy using the aircoach from cork to Dublin airport. It's so handy. However, if possible, I recommend trying to make the cork to Dublin aircoach more regular as I find they can be quite busy and book out fast. Maybe during peak hours offer 2 air coaches? I don't know just a thought. Also I got air coach one time at 5am to be at the airport at 8:30am we were half an hour late and nearly missed out flight. I know going into Dublin at peak time isn't great but state the delay when booking or just try leave earlier.”

“On time and enjoyed the trip from Galway to Dublin airport. The only issue was the temperature on the bus could have been higher as it was a cold day.”

“I had a very pleasant trip from Dublin to Cork. The seats were comfortable and the driver was friendly. I would have preferred if he didn't have the radio on while we were driving or at least had the volume turned down.”

“Web site not standard- galway route gives student discount, Stillorgan to airport route does not. Route 703 asks for travel id card, I wasn’t clear on what that was so I rang and held for 27 minutes. When answered, Robert was very helpful and explained, but that’s info you could give at relevant point of detail filling. Also, you should take student cards on all routes. Bus to airport from stillirgan was 11minz late. Bus drivers were helpful, busses and boots were clean. Great that charging points ard available on bus.”

“Customer Service was good, but new ticket QR code (issued by AirCoach afte requesting swap/refund for original ticket due to timing of departure) did not work at Bus and driver informed me that my name was not on the list. But driver resolved despite QR code not returning my name. Probably wouldn't have made my flight out of Dublin otherwise.”

“Aercoach is an excellent service. I'd love to see a more frequent service. The way my flight fell I had 1 and a half hours to wait for next coach.”

“4 stars and not 5 just because in the row right behind me there were 2 girls that kept talking at loud ( very loud) for 2 Hours straight.....until I told them to shut Up and be quiet ......and they kind of did it....😳😳😳.....I suggest you to put some sign ...RISPECT PEOPLE SEATING AROUND YOU AND KEEP QUIET..... Tks a lot. Sara Meloni”
