Very nice driver. Comfortable journey. I travelled on the 7/01/2023 at 9am from Cork to Dublin. My compliments to the driver.

We had a good trip. Though the coach was provided by an external transporter we arrived on time. For us an announcement regarding to the terminal at Dublin would have been helpful as we debarked one too early. Other than that the trip was fine.

Online booking facility very much needed for Free Travel Pass holders. Denied boarding now becoming more frequent unless you've booked online. Does not seem right, or fair, that "Young Adults" with the TFI card can now book online and "Senior Adults" can't!! All drivers should use microphone to announce next stop, very few do at present. Onboard monitors should automatically display next stop to assist non English speaking passengers. Dublin Bus & other coach operators use electronic stop information very effectively. I have witnessed all too often passengers missing their stop due to poor next stop information. Drivers using coach radio on high volume can be annoying.

Overall I’m pleased with Aircoach. First time using this company and i would absolutely use them again. Only disappointment was the charging sockets on the coach (Belfast to Dublin) didn’t work (I tried 3 different seats). Sounds small but my battery then died which was frustrating for the 2nd part of my journey when I arrived in Dublin.

The bus was on time and the journey was smooth. The only point to mention is the Wifi on the bus was not working.

Always on time, very comfortable. It would be better if the coach driver was silent instead of talking to the front row passengers.

The Aircoach is very comfortable but I find it ludicrous that there are no screens on the bus to announce the next stop. I am Irish and know the route, but if you are a tourist or can't hear the announcement clearly over the speaker it would be very difficult. A significant problem but easily solved I think. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Good, but could be much quicker if Paypal would be supported.

Hi Team, I am a regular (and happy) customer (9/10 journeys per annum) on the 702 route. Was disappointed when this changed from every hour to every 2 hours, but that's life. However - I don't understand why there is an outbound service at 6.05am, while the latest outbound is 8.05pm. Is the 6.05 popular? I would imagine that there is significant demand for a later outbound service (ie. 10pm) given the volume of people rushing to make the 8.05pm bus. Thanks for reading, Thomas
