“A very pleasant trip from Belfast to Dublin Airport. However the trip up to Belfast was not so good. We were delayed for 3 hours on the motorway due to a crash in Newry. I know that wasn’t the fault of Aircoach but the accident happened much earlier in the day and had the driver used Google Maps before he set off, he could have used a different route.”

“it was the first time i have used Aircoach, and it was quite good, although there was a bit of confusion in Dublin between staff as to pick up point. Zone 4 then zone 2, which meant more walking with luggage........as a disabled passenger, i did not get help from the staff, but from another passenger. The seat i chose, due to leg room, was in the centre by the emergency exit, which proved draughty.. The toilet, whilst convenient was not that fresh.....but the coach journey was pleasant enough. The drop off point, by Moodys Cafe in Cork, is no way suitable for coaches, as there was nowhere for my collector to park for me, and no taxi in sight.... however, for the money, and convenience, it was good and i would use the service again.”

“I had to book online as nearly everything was full ! Must have got the last seat and people were left behind .Online booking was OK and I’ll do this in future”

“Excellent service and reliable. Friendly staff. I only took away one star because I think it would be nice if drivers made an announcement at the beginning of every journey about passenger use of electronic devices and headphones because a lot of passengers have been playing videos without headphones lately and I think that would help reduce this. Thank you!”

“Aircoach was on time, comfortable, affordable and I love the express route to Belfast. My only issue is the Wifi on the buses as well as some of the charging ports. They both seem to work sporadically”
