“On the plus side, the service and the not overcrowded bus from the airport to the city. On the minus the bus to the airport arrived late. I was afraid of missing the plane. Maybe some information about the delay in the application would be useful. Overall I am satisfied”

“A very good service when you can get it. It used to be hourly. Now every 2 hours. Which adds 2 hours of travel/waiting to every return journey.”

“Very good service , comfortable coach and a nice quick journey, limited stops in Maynooth though so it left me with few options . Add more stops in Maynooth and I will give it a five.Also hard to book on line as faq states you have up to 1 hr before journey to book online ( it wouldn’t let me 2hrs before so had to pay on coach”

“Drivers on buses I rode were very courteous and helpful. My only criticism is that I arrived at 24 minutes past the hour for a bus that was meant to leave 1 minute later and bus had already pulled away and driver just waved to me standing in curb as he drove past. I had to wait one hour in cold for the next bus.”

“From cork to airport, all good, but coming back the driver was strange, I think a foreigner, but that didn't matter, he was non verbal with passengers, not welcoming at all, and acted strange while sitting in the drivers seat, twitching, jumping up and down.! ( Not the drivers seat) oherwise a good driver.”

“The value of the ticket price is very good and the convenience to Dublin airport is wonderful. The driver was nice this time, Cork to Dublin. Unfortunately this isn't always the case. One previous trip was most uncomfortable and even scary, with the driver having a full-scale argument with a passenger before we headed off and the speed he was driving at was far too fast for the whole journey, as if he was still in a temper. The coach was clean enough this time but in the past, we've had to endure a dreadful urine smell from the toilet, which permeated throughout the whole bus.”

“Good service. However, the bus got caught in traffic on the motorway between the tunnel and the airport (6pm on a Thurs) and I will be less likely to use again. Not Aircoach's fault - but you ought to lobby for a bus lane all the way to the airport.”
