“The service is perfect once you're in the bus. Waiting for 703 at the airport for nearly 2 hours, because the previous one just left, is not so much fun. If you're serious about what you say, that you want to improve, I suggest returning to an hourly service for this route would be just what's needed now. Apparently travelling sector is back to pre covid numbers. Why Aircoach can't bring back it's service to pre covid frequency?”

“Very clean, comfortable and friendly bus service. Had a one hour delay on way back to Dublin airport which was due to heavy traffic out of Galway and in Dublin. This made for an anxious bus journey as we had a plane to catch luckily we’d left plenty of time. Could be better communication both onboard and online re expected delays.”
